Being in a position that allows me to interview and recruit talented employees who share the same values and principles as CSG. It’s absolutely a rewarding experience.
What's the most challenging part of the job?
Keeping up with our continued growth can be a challenge but at the same time it’s exciting to be a part of a growing and dynamic company!
What skills have you learned at CSG?
Through my experiences at CSG, I have developed active listening, interpersonal and organizational skills. In addition, team work is a huge part of CSG and I have learned to be an effective team player and contribute to my team’s goals so that we all can be successful in our roles.
What makes CSG different from other places you’ve worked?
CSG’s love and generosity towards employees, the Windsor-Essex community and Bridges to Community Canada is truly admirable. CSG has a big heart that loves to give back and this love is contagious.
What is the work culture like at CSG?
CSG is a large company that acts like a small family. It's so wonderful to be a part of a friendly family-oriented work culture. It makes work so much more fun!

Be open to various industries to help launch your career. Persevere and create opportunities for yourself.
