I love the thrill of sales! I like that in a sales role, hard work and dedication pay off in measurable results.
What's the most challenging part of the job?
My position is interesting. As we continue to grow there is always training and coaching required to help develop employees. While at times this can be challenging, it’s also very rewarding to watch employees grow into their roles and succeed at CSG.
What skills have you learned at CSG?
Working at CSG has helped me develop my time management skills. By being prepared, organized, and disciplined it has made me be more efficient.
What makes CSG different from other places you’ve worked?
CSG understands that the continued development of their employees is necessary to increase personal and organizational effectiveness. There is support to help employees grow in their chosen career paths, and CSG also promotes from within, so there are many opportunities for advancement within the company. I’m a perfect example of this! I started at CSG as a Sales Account Manager, moved into a Peer Coaching position, and eventually into a Management position - and I truly enjoyed every step along the way.
What is the work culture like at CSG?
CSG has a great company culture! Our employees look forward to coming into work and enjoy working with their co-workers. The atmosphere is very positive, and there is always fun and exciting things going on within the company, such as monthly cake days, team lunches, fundraisers, and family events - just to name a few!
What advice do you have for young professionals looking to stay in the Windsor-Essex area?
Your first few jobs are huge opportunities to learn about yourself, about the world of work, and about what excites you. CSG is a great place to start your career and as you develop your skills, interests, and motivations there are always opportunities for advancement.
