Name: Kelly Kozma
Hometown: Windsor, ON
Position: Service Team Leader
How long have you worked at CSG? 12 years
What's your favourite part of the job?
Coaching and mentoring staff. When someone starts as a Service Account Manager there is a lot of information that they need to learn and retain. It can be intimidating when you first start out. It is very rewarding assisting new brokers and watching them grow and excel in their role.
What's the most challenging part of the job?
The most challenging part of my job is juggling multiple responsibilities at the same time. Prioritizing what needs to get done in between being available as a resource for our staff can be very challenging, but it is a welcome challenge.
What skills have you learned at CSG?
Working for Cypher Systems Group has taught me how to work well in a team environment, time management skills, and to be adaptable to change.
What makes CSG different from other places you’ve worked?
At CSG, you feel like you are part of something greater than yourself. CSG is very involved in our community, whether it is raising money for local prostate cancer research (Grow On Windsor), sponsoring a family through the Children’s Aid Society at Christmas, or donating blood to the local Red Cross. There is a sense of pride that you have working for a company that does so much for the people in our community.
What is the work culture like at CSG?
CSG is like a family. As CSG has grown over the years, there has been a lot of effort put into ensuring that employees from different divisions interact and get to know one another. This could be by attending the amazing Christmas Party ever year, to the social committee organizing fun events for employees and their families.
