What's your favourite part of the job?

I love problem solving; working with clients every day to help with their insurance needs is a rewarding feeling. Insurance is one of the most important components to driving a vehicle. Giving someone the freedom to drive is exhilarating.

What's the most challenging part of the job?

Cypher is a forever growing company. We always have friendly new faces at our building. Adjusting to the constant change can be challenging at times but I always welcome it. Helping new employees become comfortable in the many roles offered at Cypher is something I enjoy.

What skills have you learned at CSG?

CSG has taught me a lot of valuable traits that transfer into my personal and professional life. CSG, along with my Team Leaders, have given me the tools to be confident in my self and with the way I perform in my role as a sales broker.

What makes CSG different from other places you’ve worked?

CSG is a dynamic company that offers stability with many competitive advantages. Working for a company that is focused on growth within the company and within the community is a rewarding experience.

What is the work culture like at CSG?

CSG displays that all employees work together as a team. All levels of management and staff work together for a common goal and there is a sense of an open door policy at CSG. CSG brings its own unique aspect to the business environment by having fun events, for example dress down days, potlucks and rewarding individuals for their hard work.

What advice do you have for young professionals looking to stay in the Windsor-Essex area?

I think it is important for young individuals to have long-term goals. It is important to have goals to feel motivated and proactive with their future in the working environment. The best advice I can give young individuals looking to stay in Windsor-Essex is to develop a business plan of where they want to be in 5 years.
